Claire Meany is a senior consultant, facilitator, executive coach, and owner of The Meaningful Consulting Group. Claire has worked closely with many business leaders during her 35-year career, addressing a variety of leadership topics including understanding personal style, how to influence and create change, leadership styles, delegation, motivation, facilitation, team development, conflict resolution, and coaching. Since 2002, she has worked in multiple arenas within DoD, the Intelligence Community and Department of the Army and Air Force to deliver management and leadership programs. As part of these efforts, she has delivered numerous hours of coaching to front-line, mid-level and executive-level federal employees. She has served as faculty and coach in the Georgetown University Organization Development program. Claire holds a BA in Psychology and an MA in Human Resource Development from George Washington University. She works with the following instruments in her executive coaching engagements: OPM Leadership 360, Pathfinder 360, MBTI, DiSC Classic 2.0, Everything DiSC, DiSC Management, FiroB, 4 Lenses, MBTI, Lumina Spark, Thomas-Kilmann Conflict Mode Instrument, Conflict Dynamic Profile, Coaching Behaviors Inventory, Political Savvy Skills Assessment, the Hogan Assessment System, EQI 2.0 and the Gallup Strengths Finder. Claire is a Gallup Certified Strengths Coach. She is Board Certified Coach (BCC) and holds a PCC credential from the International Coach Federation (ICF). She has completed post-graduate training in executive coaching with the College of Executive Coaching and is a Certified Professional Coach (CPC).
