I have been coaching for 25 years – much of it around vocation. Coach and train clergy across England, Wales and beyond – at all levels – from new clergy to Bishops, combining high quality professionalism with an understanding of what is vocational. My experience and training as a coaching supervisor helps explore the art of your coaching relationship and your client’s context as well as mentor coaching against the ICF Core Competencies. I am interested in using those insights into exploring where God is in the coaching space. Author of How to Make Great Appointments in the Church (SPCK); Contributor to Scripture Union Bible Reading notes; Speaker at major Christian gatherings on faith and work. Also work in corporate and in the public and third sectors. Accredited as a Master Certified Coach with the ICF. Train and mentor coaches. Receive regular supervision on coaching and supervision. Qualifications include Certificate in Managing Non-Profitmaking and Voluntary Organisations, PGCE (Mathematics) and BSc Applied Statistics. Active member of a local Anglican Church.
