Coaching for Resiliency
Coaching4Today’sLeaders is offering a new class, Coaching for Resiliency. We hear a lot about resiliency and grit these days. From neuroscience to research done in schools and the military, we are learning that resiliency – this ability to bounce back with a sense of wholeness and integration – can be learned and the effects of practicing it personally and professionally can have huge impacts on the trajectory of an organization, family, or individual.
In this course, we will learn what resiliency is, how it differs from perfectionism, and practices of developing critical awareness, self-compassion, and authenticity as components of resiliency. Those who participate will be
given the opportunity to examine their own beliefs that may be limiting their ability to
practice bouncing back.
