Dr. Deborah Winters is the Associate Professor of Old Testament and the Assistant Faculty Director of the Doctor of Ministry in Contextual Leadership Program at Palmer Theological Seminary of Eastern University where she is privileged to teach the coaching course to leaders of various ministry and non-profit settings around the world.

She earned her Professional Certified Coach (PCC) status through the International Coaching Federation, joined the faculty at Coaching4Today’sLeaders where she coaches, mentor coaches, and trains coaches, is a coach for Convergence, and founded Deb Winters Coaching.

Deb and her husband Gary started God’s Precious Children, a non-profit organization that has been working in Liberia, West Africa for over twenty years giving young people in need a better chance for a brighter future through education.  

Deb’s specialty is working with leaders in the midst of change, whether it is a new church/organizational start, new position, revitalization, or just trying to figure out what step to take next.
