  • New and seasoned coaches that are looking for opportunities to practice coaching.

Why participate? 

  • GAIN EXPERIENCE by coaching a peer. Since the person you are coaching is also a coach, they can offer you insights and constructive feedback on your coaching.
  • RECEIVE COACHING and accelerate your own growth.  The best coaches have their own coach.
  • EARN PAID HOURS for your coaching log. If you and your partner agree to continue coaching (barter coaching) you can count your coaching hours in your coaching log.

How does our peer coaching work? 

  • We will meet on a zoom call and quickly move into breakout rooms
  • Each breakout room will contain two participants
  • Each participant will have an opportunity to coach and be coached
  • After each coaching session, the participants will share brief feedback
