Internal Coaching Program
Leaders are navigating a new work environment. It requires them to balance both strategic demands to get results while having an increased focus on team wellness and engagement. How they build relationships within their teams and with their partners has changed. There’s no easy fix, but what if there was a way to get your leaders ready to handle these new expectations?
Research shows that leaders who are professionally trained as coaches are twice as likely to exceed business goals, increase team retention, and create a healthier work-life balance for themselves (Harvard Business Review). In today’s ever-changing business world, command-and-control practices no longer suffice, and new skills are needed to create and maintain high-performance teams.
Coaching4Today’sLeaders (C4TL) is responding to this need by introducing a customized coach training program. It is for leaders and other people who want to learn about coaching within their organization. It is for people who are ready to accelerate their growth and learn new ways to motivate their teams and their partners.
Our comprehensive, hands-on Coach Training program can be done individually or as a group within your company. Experienced instructors have been internal coaches and leaders and will pass along their knowledge. You will learn from our proven strategies and practical coaching methodologies to navigate challenges, capitalize on strengths, and transform your performance.
The 125-hour program is accredited by the largest coaching federation in the world, the International Coach Federation (ICF), and is tailored specifically to leaders and internal coaches. This means that participants will be on the path to become a certified coach through ICF.
In the C4TL program, you will gain the following:

Kathy Sauve, PCC, began her coaching journey as a client. Working with her coach during a challenging time was life changing for her. She had this vision of how she wanted to show up, but was having difficulty following through on all of the ideas. Enter her coach! She started to work with a coach who helped her to take small steps to get that alignment and she learned that she had more strength, wisdom and creativity inside of her.
At the same time, Kathy was doing leadership development work for a large group of leaders in her organization. She recalls sitting with her VP and suggesting a group coaching approach to development. They expected a small group, but 30 leaders signed up and stuck with it for 10 weeks. That experience was also life-changing as she saw other leaders starting to connect with the vision they had of themselves. Kathy knew that she wanted to be a coach and immediately started her journey with the Coaching4Today’sLeaders courses.
Kathy has over 25 years of experience being a leader and coach in a corporate setting. Her focus when working with future coaches is to encourage people to build on what’s already great about them. She has a strong understanding of the ICF competencies and experience using them in a practical way when working with clients. Kathy is a best-selling author of two books including one written for future coaches and leaders wanting to be more coach-like. She believes in a test and learn approach and sits beside her students while they learn to make sure the ideas will work for them and their clients.
