Post graduated in Team and Executive Coaching by NLI, as well as in Neuropsychology by PUC/SP.

Experienced in coaching executives and leaders for organizations of different sizes and nationalities, as well as family businesses. Also experienced in ministering trainings, workshops and lectures. Prior to establishing R122 was partner of GNext Talent Search working with assessments, mapping, selection and recruiting of high potential executives for national and multinational companies, besides leading for 4 years the front of mapping and recruiting MBA Brazilian students from the top business schools in the world.

Started the career as a Lawyer at Tozzini, Freire, Teixeira e Silva Advogados. Graduated in Law by PUC/SP, with several post graduation courses. Speaks fluent English and communicates in Spanish.
