As a Chemical Engineer, Risk Management Professional, International Best Selling Author, Pastor, Professional Certified Coach with International Coach Federation, and a Leadership Development Missionary to Liberia, the Middle East, and Europe for International Ministries, Dr. Ray brings a unique perspective to his coaching practice.

He began his career as a process design engineer for an Oil and Gas company.

Today, Ray employs the same process engineering mindset to his coaching practice, however, instead of transforming crude oil into gasoline he helps his clients distill their “Crude,” (beliefs, values, norms, etc) towards the True North of Integrity in all aspects of their lives.

Considered by many as an Integrity Coach, Dr. Ray attracts both technical and non-technical clients to his coaching practice.
