Regina M. Miller is a senior executive PCC, facilitator, and consultant with more than twenty-five years of proven success and experience in Organization and Leadership Development. Her background includes holding senior-level and executive roles in both established and start-up telecommunications organizations including Vodafone and Verizon.
Regina has worked for and consulted to large enterprises in a wide variety of industries and sectors to design and facilitate ongoing leadership development and executive coaching initiatives.
Regina has a passion for working with executives and leaders at all levels who are focused on creating a positive culture in the organizations they lead. She helps executives build strong leadership teams and relationships. She understands and has a deep respect for the challenges, dilemmas, frustrations, and joys that leadership brings. Her coaching style is goal and results-oriented. She is a firm believer in ensuring that insights be followed-up with action so that behavior-change can happen.
She is skilled and certified in the following assessments: DiSC, Four Lenses, OPM 360 Feedback Assessment, Lumina Spark, EQI 2.0, Thomas-Kilmann Conflict Instrument, The Change Style Indicator, and The Influence Style Indicator.
Regina holds her BA in Political Science from Hunter College and an MA in Human Resources/OD from the New School in New York. She completed the Human Resources Executive Program at the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor. Additionally, she completed an Executive Clinical Coaching and Consulting for Change program at INSEAD in Fontainebleau, France. She lives near the ocean on the eastern end of Long Island in Southampton, NY.
